Client
The client was an Indian manufacturer
of high-quality watch components. It was
ISO 9001-2000 certified having around
three production facilities in India with
huge capacities.
Role
We worked on three positions with the
client namely Commercial Manager, Head
– Business and Marketing Manager.
Challenge
The real challenge working with the client
was the mind block on the candidates’
side towards an Indian company and apprehensions
about the company’s professionalism
and work culture. The client was looking
for high performers in MNC and was unwilling
to compromise on the quality of hire.
What we did
We spent time understanding the culture
and working environment of the client.
We took time to understand their systems
and processes in details and comprehend
their “way of working.” We
realized that how we handle candidates
would not only reflect on our firm but
also our client. We educated the candidates
on the client; its vision, its way of
working, culture, people, etc. This not
only ensured that we overcame mind block
of the candidates but also helped the
client in re-positioning its brand. We
were able to successfully complete all
three searches. The feedback from the
candidates after they joined made us feel
even more satisfied with our work.
