Consultant / Senior Consultant

In a Consultant role, you would be strongly involved in developing new businesses and maintaining and growing existing ones. You would be responsible for ensuring timely service delivery, understanding client’s current and future human capital planning requirements and developing efficient, personalized and customized solutions to meets his needs. You would ensure targets are constantly met or exceeded and the quality bar is constantly raised reinforcing the values and ethics of the firm. You would contribute not only to building internal capabilities by nurturing your subordinate’s growth path but also build information networks within and outside the firm.

Candidates with the requisite skills and experience could also be considered for location head responsibilities at branch locations.

Research Associate / Senior Research Associate

You would actively work and support consultants on multiple searches with synthesized information leveraging state of art internal technology and systems and external information networks. You would be part of teams brainstorming on complex middle-management issues, interviewing candidates and assessing their relevance for the position in question. You would ensure set documentation and methodologies are diligently followed as part of the search process profiling candidates, conducting reference reports, etc. You would also supplement business development efforts and assist in preparing client presentations and industry reports.
